3 Phoenix is a small business focused on providing technology products and services to the DoD and industry partners. The company is formed around a core of experienced people with a track record of developing and successfully introducing technical innovations to the DoD. 3 Phoenix, LLC personnel have extensive experience in directing multiple complex system (software and hardware) development projects and have an established reputation for driving innovation and implementing complex system solutions on leading edge commercial hardware.
ASES
ASES is a veteran owned small business that specializes in Submarine Missile Systems. ASES personnel possess extensive knowledge related to current submarine and land-based support activities, with a comprehensive understanding of Strike Warfare.
ASFT
ASFT provides Enterprise Information Technology Services and Consulting, Integrated Logistics Services and Management and Training Services to Fortune 1000 companies, the US Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local governments.
ASSETT
ASSETT has personnel with expertise and skills that result from supporting NAVSEA/Warfare Centers since the 1970s. Their knowledge and experience base encompasses all Submarine SONAR and Combat Control systems in use today. ASSETT is strong in Systems Engineering and Life Cycle Support, as well as seasoned program management personnel.
BBN
BBNT has supported NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAWC, NUWC, Office of Naval Research (ONR), US PACOM, NAVOCEANO, the Fleet and US Government for critical R&D tasks in engineering; systems engineering; modeling and simulation; software; system integration; and test and evaluation service. BBNT brings expertise to the Progeny Team in networking, information assurance, signal processing, acoustics, vibration/noise control, hydrodynamics, and embedded systems.

Data Matrix is a Certified 8(a) and small disadvantaged business; They are an Engineering Solutions company offering expertise in software, engineering and management solutions, specializing in Oracle and web-based application development, full life-cycle development, system deployment and implementation, project management, quality assurance and configuration management.

DDI is a small high-tech company with expertise in software development, safety certification, and support for Submarine Combat Systems.
Del Rey
Del Rey provides government and corporate clients with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions, design of technology-delivered eLearning solutions, Acquisition Program Support, Human System Integration (HSI), Technical writing and tech manual production and Digital imaging and high volume scanning and archiving.
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT)
General Dynamics Information Technology’s experience encompasses systems engineering and systems development; mission and threat analysis; and acquisition management for surface combatants and submarine programs. General Dynamics Information Technology applies its core systems engineering disciplines in support of most major surface ship and submarine weapon systems acquisition projects, including Ballistic Missile Defense, Ship Self Defense, Theater Air Defense and the Virginia class submarine program.

Phoenix Science & Technology (PS&T)
Phoenix Science & Technology, Inc. (PS&T) is a small business that develops innovative pulsed light and sound source systems for a wide range of applications. Our patented sparker sources have use as acoustic sources for submarine and ship countermeasures, as a replacement for explosives, for influence mine sweeping, as well as treatment of ballast water. PS&T designs, builds, simulates and conducts field tests to develop systems and validate its technologies. PS&T has a fully equipped laboratory and machine shop, along with proprietary models and analysis algorithms for its technologies and applications.
Purvis Systems
PURVIS provides engineering services to a variety of long-term government customers, including NUWCDIVNPT, NSWC, and the Surface Warfare Development Group (SWDG). Engineering services include the design and development of hardware, software and firmware; system prototyping and production; and development & performance of detailed test, integration and installation procedures. PURVIS provides engineering and technical services supporting large-scale complex computer facilities, including the Combat Systems laboratories at NUWCDIVNPT. Tactical development and evaluation, and at-sea Naval exercise services are provided for SWDG, including development of operational scenarios and detailed exercise analysis plans, exercise participation, data collection, reconstruction and analysis, and training.
Rob Tre
Rob Tre offers extensive experience in underwater acoustic propagation and sonar signal processing.
