Navigating the site
Menu: The menu at the left side of the page provides access to all of the areas of the site. The current page will be highlighted.
Tabs: Some of the pages on the site will have tabs at the top of the page for further navigation. Selecting a tab will take you to another part of the current section.
Logging in: If you have an account with Progeny.net, you can log in from the menu at left. Logging in will grant you access to the non-public areas of the site, depending on your access privileges. Customers can log in to access the programs with which they are involved. Progeny employees must log in to access the programs they're working on along with other employee-only pages.
Common Problems
I can't log in, or don't know my account information.
You must have an account with progeny.net before you can log in. Employees can log in using their Windows username and password. Outside users must first request a new account before they will be able to log in.
If you already have an account but are still having trouble logging in, please contact us to fix the problem.
I can't find the page I'm looking for.
Unless you're logged in, you won't be able to access non-public areas of the site. Those areas will be hidden from you until you log in.
If you are logged in, you may not have permission to access that page. Please contact us to resolve any permissions issues.
I tried to access a page and got an "Access Denied" message.
This means you don't have permission to access that page. If you think this message is in error, please contact us to resolve the issue.
One of the pages doesn't work properly, or looks strange.
This site takes advantage of the latest web standards, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript. It has been designed to work with IE5+, Netscape 6+, Mozilla 1.3+, and Opera 7+. The site should work reasonably well in other browsers, but some of the pages using advanced JavaScript simply will not work.
If you have one of the browsers mentioned above and are experiencing problems, please contact us so we can fix the problem. To be most helpful, please include a brief description of the problem along with the name and version of your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) and operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.).
